Walk Safely to School week campaign for 2024 will be kicking off across Melbourne and Australia again next month!
This year, primary school aged children across Australia will make these important steps towards a healthier future, by participating in National Walk Safely to School Day on Friday 10 May 2024.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the National Walk Safely to School Day, championed by the Pedestrian Council Australia, we’re asking you to save the date and spread the word. Encouraging communities to get involved, reducing car dependency, and encourage parents and carers to walk more, reducing dangerous traffic congestion around schools.
