Envision a fusion of learning, connecting, exploring and tasting. There will be knowledge sharing, meditation, pranayama, tasty Ayurvedic treats, and goodies for you to take home.

Discover ancient wisdom to restore harmony in your body & mind

Known as the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda is the ancient system of holistic well-being that has been helping people balance their body, mind, and emotions for centuries.

Whether you are new to Ayurveda or have some knowledge, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice.

During this workshop, you will…

Learn about the diet & lifestyle principles of Ayurveda, known as the ‘science of life’, or the ‘art of living’.

Explore the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and learn how to utilise this wisdom to understand your innate nature and cultivate balance on a daily basis.

Develop self-care practices, known as ‘Dinacharya’ (daily rituals) that promote physical and mental well-being.

Honour the tides of your menstrual cycle to regulate your mood, energy, appetite, hormones and libido.

Connect with like-minded community, and ask any questions you have about Ayurveda.

This event has been designed to bring like-minded community together and is the perfect self-care date for those joining us solo, or with their nearest & dearest.

You can expect to leave the workshop armed with a treasure trove of practical tools to bring more balance, calm and joy into your everyday life.

There will be an opportunity to have dinner together after the event at Melbourne’s finest & funnest contemporary Indian restaurant ‘Horn Please‘. More details to follow!

Join us and embark on a journey towards your most vibrant self!
