CERES Bird Count Picnic 2024

Take part in one of Australia’s biggest citizen science projects! Join us at CERES Joe’s Market Garden in Coburg to get to know the birds of the Merri Creek, enjoy music, workshops & arts and crafts.

General entry is free. There will be bird counting of course plus market stalls, music, craft activities, Merri Creek Bird merch and a bird themed raffle! Our Farm Gate will be open for yummy treats and coffee.

Bird Counting Sessions are 20 mins long and run from 11am and 12pm. 

We also have two workshops available on the day: Bird Language and Guided Birds of the Merri Creek Walk
