Calm and Centred Sound Bath

Gift yourself an evening of blissful relaxation and rejuvenation with a Sunday Sound Bath that allows you to feel Calm & Centred for the week ahead. Held amidst the serene ambience of Arc Pilates immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound therapy expertly crafted to soothe your mind, body, and spirit. This sound bath is open to all genders and no prior experience with sound baths if required.


✨ Immersive Sound Journey: Allow yourself to be carried away on a sonic journey guided by the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other melodic instruments. Feel the stresses of the week melt away as you surrender to the harmonious frequencies and sink into your mat.

✨ Deep Relaxation: Experience profound relaxation as the gentle waves of sound wash over you, Calming the nervous system and inducing a state of tranquillity. Let go of tension, release emotions and reconnect with your inner sense of self.

✨ Energy Balancing: Feel the subtle energies within you realign as the healing sounds work to restore balance and energy throughout the body. Recharge your being on a holistic level and leave feeling revitalised and in harmony.

✨ Mindful Presence: Practice mindfulness through guided meditation and fully surrender to the present moment, letting go of worries and being held safely by sound. Foster a sense of clarity and inner stillness to restore for the week ahead.

***You will be lying down for 60 minutes, feel free to bring an extra pillow/bolster or blanket if you’d like an extra snuggly set up***
Please arrive 5 minutes early. No previous experience with sound healing or sound baths is needed.
